Terms of Service

If you use Billpine on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

One account per organisation unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Billpine provides online billing and accounting tools for businesses in Saudi Arabia — invoices, contacts, reports, and related features described on our website.

We may add, change, or remove features. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime.

Billpine is business software. It does not replace professional tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping login details secure.

Tell us immediately at hello@billpine.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or pose a security risk.

You own the invoices, contacts, and records you enter ("Your Data"). You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to store and process them.

You grant Billpine a licence to host, back up, and process Your Data only to provide the service.

You should keep your own backups of important records.

Do not use Billpine for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

Do not upload malware, scrape the service at scale, attempt to break security, or interfere with other users.

Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Paid plans are priced in Saudi riyals (SAR) as shown on our pricing page.

Free and trial plans are subject to the limits shown at signup. Paid plans may include a 14-day trial where stated.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Fees are generally non-refundable except where Saudi law requires otherwise or we state otherwise on the pricing page.

You are responsible for applicable VAT or other taxes unless we state that tax is included.

Billpine, its logo, software, and website content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service — not ownership of our software.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It forms part of this agreement.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use Billpine at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Billpine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Billpine in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Billpine and cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law.

Sections that should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
